Ordering & Payment Process

When you place an order, you will be redirected to Paypal to securely submit your payment. Since your payment is processed directly through Paypal, we save no payment information on our website. Our e-commerce system stores the order number, your contact & shipping information, email addres, and your IP address. 

Once your payment is complete through Paypal, you will be redirected back to our website, with a confirmation message that your order is being processed. This means we have received payment and are getting your package ready to ship. Once shipped, the order status will automatically update to “completed,” and you will receive an email with a link the tracking information.


All of our orders are shipped out using USPS and are fully insured & tracked. We only ship to your confirmed paypal email address. This protects both parties in the event of a disputed charge or a lost shipment. We use real time rates that are calculated based on the product weight and dimensions as well as the customer’s shipping address. The customer can choose from standard 2-3 Day Priority Shipping or Express options if available through the shipping calculator at time of checkout.

Returns & Refunds

We generally don’t accept returns unless the product is significantly different than described. We do our best to highlight any flaws or defects since many of the customized items we sell are in gently used condition. If you feel your item does not meet the description that was provided, please contact us within 5 days of recieving it, and let us know so we can help.

Item Damaged in Transit or Not Received
